Other projects and partnerships include: Alliance at AT&T/Lucent Technologies: Celebratory and strategic conference bringing together divisions from across the United States. The graphic work created a point of dynamic fusion for sharing. Planned in association with Marshall Goldberg, National Association of Joint Labor Management Educational Program. BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit): Graphic facilitation of a series of labor management meetings and trainings prior to and during labor negotiations. Included graphically depiction of the process in the room as labor and management tried different ways of approaching work processes. Consultants: Taylor Nelson. BP (Hydrogen Interactive): In collaboration with Susan Dupre and Helen Spector, designed and facilitated an international strategic thinking conference for BP Amoco to develop in depth understanding of social, political, environmental and economic dynamics affecting the future of clean and sustainable energy development from hydrogen over the next 20-50 years. California Healthy Cities: Assisted a state-wide parent organization in strategic planning and worked with individual funded community-based efforts to map out efforts to improve the quality of life for residents. With Joan Twiss of the Center for Civic Partnerships Hewlett-Packard (Business Strategy Consulting): Ongoing work with HP's internal Strategic Change Service focused on strategic development and organizational alignment. St. Joseph Health System: Involvement over time in redesign of their whole health system in Sonoma County, California. Continuing role in executive team meetings as redesign took place. Specific strategic meetings with physician alliances in partnership with Lawrence Ellis and Associates. Santa Rosa California Emergency Services Redesign: Designed large scale change meeting with stakeholders. Participated on facilitation team with Ann Murphy Springer and Associates. Recorded meeting process and content. Continued involvement over time as the redesign took place.
